  • "Bonus Funds" — Promotional money granted by bi448 that is withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To register on bi448 and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately terminated and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Age Verification: bi448 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your age and identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device/IP may result in all accounts being suspended and any bonuses being voided. If you already have an account and are experiencing issues with it, contact the support team directly rather than opening a new account.

Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If any of your details change (phone number, email, etc.), please notify bi448 as soon as possible.

Account Security

3.1

Password & Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own, even if a third party used your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bi448 support team immediately and change your password.

3.2

Third-Party Access

A bi448 account may only be used by the account holder. Allowing someone else to use your account, or using another person's account, are both serious breaches of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1

Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are supported for deposits at bi448: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Please note: Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be rejected.
4.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, bi448 reserves the right to temporarily place a withdrawal on hold.
4.3

Currency & Transaction Verification

All transactions on bi448 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bi448 may request an ID, bank statement, or other documents for additional verification when processing a deposit or withdrawal. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in the transaction being cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1

Welcome Bonus

New members at bi448 have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, account verification must be complete and a minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total of ৳2,500 in your account. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — for a total of ৳37,000.
5.2

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled. Any real money deposited will still remain withdrawable in that case.

5.3

Bonus Abuse Policy

bi448 enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following actions will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being cancelled:

  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
  • Placing low-risk bets with the intent to avoid the wagering conditions.
  • Attempting to take advantage of bonuses in a coordinated manner.

Gaming Rules

6.1

Fair Play Policy

bi448 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All games are operated by third-party verified providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predetermined by either bi448 or the user.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs in any game, bi448 reserves the right to cancel that game round and return the wager. bi448 is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connectivity.

6.3

Sports Betting Guidelines

Sports betting at bi448 is available on various sporting events, such as cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and others. Bets are settled based on official results. In the event of a dispute, bi448's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

7.1

List of Unauthorized Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bi448:

  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or bypass any system on the platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Attempting to spread harmful malware or viruses on the site.
  • Threatening, harassing, or engaging in hateful behavior toward other users.
  • Fraudulently operating multiple accounts.
Warning: Involvement in any of these activities will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1

bi448's Authority

bi448 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity or age verification.
  • Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • As required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
8.2

Voluntary Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any withdrawable balance in the account will be returned through the standard withdrawal process. However, any bonus funds with unfulfilled conditions will be forfeited.
